apprehend a male Suspect with several arrests when the suspect escaped the officer’s grasp and entered into This Woman’s apartment through the back door you know ni you here okay we’re trying to find a Nicholas bird holder said he Liv at 802 is there anyone else in the house right now mind if we check inside cuz this dude has an ankle monitor say he’s pinging at this spot I’m asking you cuz the dude is making threats luckily the suspect now identified as Nick was wearing an ankle monitor which helped the officers pin his location to This Woman’s apartment but instead of the woman giving the officers permission to search her apartment and Carry Out Justice she decided to stay in the way of it this is hers and she said we can’t he hey deud all right so I just got here I’m officer Constantino so you got kids in here you got family you know all around you got a bunch of cops around the house you don’t want to get yourself in any kind of trouble let’s just get this done so everyone can just leave you can leave you know we’ll leave you can do get on with your business well if you would just allow me and my partner to walk through with you real quick well that’s fine and then when the search warrant gets here then you’re going to end up going to jail for what we find out okay it’s called obstructing official um business or obstructing justice was that because I didn’t give my name because I want to call to see if it’s de if you don’t give your name and if also if he ends up being hiding in your house the person that we believe to be there in my car how how we dear I’m just telling you what’s happening and I’m giving you every opportunity and I’m hoping that you can make a a good decision for yourself and for your children and hopefully then you know we can get this done that don’t even make sense this might not make sense to her but in the eyes of the law it makes perfect sense you see police officers have a duty to carry out arrests and when people stand anytime a day so here’s what I’m going to tell you we’re going through oh yeah he’s got a bond for in regards to my house we’re getting that as well but now we don’t have to but with that being said as soon as I go in there as soon as I go in there cuz his GPS is in there I don’t know who this person is I’m going to be arresting you when we’re done so I’m asking you give me the keys and give us okay you got couple people in the bag just your girl okay ray you on the car yeah all right the driver identified as Anthony provides the officer with the mandatory documents like his I ID card driver’s license and insurance papers however when the officer inputs Anthony’s details on his computer he finds out that his license has been suspended I ask uh Anthony for insurance it’s suspended for insurance so take the plates though hold on you said what what’ he say uh your plates are so they’re suspended for mandatory Insurance violation BR that’s C what do you mean ow I got this out of auction I got the registration right here for the plates that’s cap G cap G cap I got the registration right here everything for the C right here I’m the owner well comes back suspended for insurance asking for a supervisor is a trump card that’ll magically turn the tides in their favor calling a supervisor to the scene especially when you’re in the wrong will only help Quicken things with what’s without resorting to violence luckily one of Anthony’s relatives appeared on the scene offering the officials some little hope however the officers would soon find out that she was is n interested in helping them in any way tell to we got insurance it come out every month there’s no way not it’s the registration plates I’ve been suspended for insurance at some point in some time the car is moved it just got on the street I’m telling you that the plates were suspended at some point in some time how if they knew what do you mean they’re new when did you get them it ain’t even been like a month resisting or obstructing an officer with injury now the problem with Anthony and their father was that they failed to calm down our next suspect on the other hand nearly killed herself and her two kids and so she is intoxicated you said she is intoxicated she has both kids how intox how you know that she’s intoxicated okay there you are we’re right behind you okay how do you know that she is intoxicated I need to know so we we got called by a friend to go pick her up because she was just drunk and um we were going to drive her home so I got her to L and then she told me to get the F out of her car and she just hauled ass turned around like a kids and took off and you smelled alcohol on her she took off is she running all right no she’s not we’re trying to find a place to pull over okay thank you bye on March 29th 2023 a New Mexico police officer received a call about a female drunk driver who was reportedly driving home with two children without delay the officer responded to identified as Jessica denied taking any alcohol but as you can see Jessica is not only slurring Her speech but she doesn’t seem to even remember where she’s coming from so I’ll explain to you what I was called for that you left a residence intoxicated you had called for a ride um at which point then you proceeded to leave the residence with your two kids in the car so right now I am more resisting arrest cu I guess once he got out here he was refusing to leave after being told to leave so Jeremy went uh the officer went to put him under arrest and he took you know try tried to I you know moved his arms away at which point and then and then Criminal Trespass because he was told to leave and he refused to leave so uh he’ll go downtown tonight he’ll be he get B and bed out he’ll be out in the morning more than so nothing like that but uh you know and I understand there was a incident and do you understand that why you couldn’t leave at the time uh the school wanted to make sure that they had all their information everything of question cuz I was 18 but you despite his father’s noticeable drunkenness Steven defended his father saying he was not intoxicated and was only
