When Abused Boyfriends Realized They’ve Been Rescued

I did not invite you in off then don’t come in my home get under there let’s go this is what happens when abusive relationships take a different turn these women thought they were in control but what happens when law enforcement steps in and flips the script from domestic disputes to Violent confrontations here are instances where abused boyfriends realized they had been rescued on the 11th of March 2021 in Florida the police responded to a disturbance at a parking lot where a domestic battery was taking place 0 686 x-ray Fox shot 0686 what’s going on guys just just want to be loud and be okay I pulled over to do that and now it’s escalating to more okay I got punched in the face a couple times on video where she just being loud being extra okay so what how did this start like what was the very first thing we was just going to eat she got frustrated we down there here let’s turn around this what you talk to about just so you guys aren’t getting more mad at each other she’s pregnant okay I see that here you look at me this way we was going to eat M of course she F to lie but I’mma show you the video okay she grabbing my gun and everything from out the seat and all can can I secure that in my you can but make sure you get back cuz it’s Casino it’s clean and everything do you have okay here walk over here with me do you have any other weapons on you no no any weapons in she get frustrated by whatever she aggravated by then she tell me take her stop at a store I’m like why would I take you to a store out here and pull over for you to get I just want to get out I just want to get out yelling yelling yelling fussing all that so I say okay she you got to think about it too as human beings if I’m driving a car and I’m getting punched in the face what am I going to do in traffic so she punched you first she punched me a couple times all it’s no because this be aggravating and it’s always they want to try to go back on the dude and make him seem this bad person I’m not making that like that at all not you I’m just saying in general because the situation that’s occurring I got you okay so I’m coming to turn punch you in the face yeah she punched me in the face and then what happen so I’m coming to turn right here to pull over I’m coming to turn and pull over so I can basically let out you want to get out I get right here I done got hit three or four times I hold her finger her finger was some kind of way on my face or something but it stud me she like grabbing you on your face instead of me like jabbing her whatever Clos you know it’s a reaction I kind of like nipped the finger with my you know to you didn’t like Chomp on him no I ain’t Chomp it’s just like this time that’s the only way think about it your finger can’t get bit if it ain’t by the mouth so if it’s by the mouth and you grabing that’s what’s going to kind of happen I got so I say go ahead if you want to get out like you saying go ahead get out what you want to argue and go back and forth to get out the car for right and that’s what it turned to hitting the windshield with the brush you hit it with a lock I threw the phone down her phone I threw it on she threw the brush or you did no she was hitting the windshield with the brush and with the lock I threw the phone down because she trying to damage the car or whatever okay but I ain’t physically heit her or nothing just like I said basically just defending myself doing this getting punched in the face all that and it turn it this do you need EMS no I’m fine I let me let me see your face you got any like marks or anything she just it just punched it ain’t really too much but I’m good it was a oh is that blood right here it might be hers I don’t know off her finger or something that you better it started bleeding her finger her finger bleeding I know my finger bleeding a little bit from something I don’t know but okay let me see your hands this way you don’t know what that’s from upon arriving at the scene officers found McDaniels aggressively assaulting her boyfriend Randolph she was seen repeatedly striking him in the face and battering him with her bag while they were driving I don’t really know it could be My Nail probably cracked or something like that I don’t really know okay let me see this video come yeah go ahead go ahead I’m telling her to get out the car plenty time and this this this this when I pulled the phone out cuz all the stuff she’s already started doing but she got to the front window trying to hit it with the brush and a lock and all that he man just being extra over who called somebody in the parking lot it wasn’t you guys right I I don’t think it was us apparently a concerned witness had observed the violent outburst and immediately alerted the authorities prompting a swift response from the police um do you guys have kids together n this going to be the first one okay all right hold tight for one second I’m going to talk to this officer all right they were arguing say channel one he told me it was about food going to restaurant okay she didn’t tell me where it was but they were arguing um he started driving real fast okay and she told him she wanted to get out of the car because she’s pregnant okay she wanted to get out of the car and and he’s like you’re going to get out of the car and hang out right there for one second some get my we will hang on one second do up and um he started driving erratically and she told him she wanted to get up and he would not let her out okay so when they finally stopped tried she tried to get out and she grabbed her purse okay and yanked it off her hands and ripped two of her nails oh God she has like the acrylic nails two of them were ripped top she has blood on her finger she I asked her if she need EMS she said no I just gave her a napkin okay and after that just just they stopped there and then we pulled up okay and I told him that we were here because somebody said that you guys were kind of tusting yeah okay um he said basically the same thing except when he was driving to go to stop to pull over she smacked him in the face and had her hand like all in his face and then he said he might have bit her finger cuz it was just like she was just pulling on it she she didn’t mention anything about hitting like the ass or did he put his hands on you she he said that she smacked him in the face and did all that does he have any he doesn’t have many injuries he has a little blood on his shoulder but he said that could be from her finger yeah um cuz she has on her dress on on the purse you can see on the purse like yeah and then he said when they stopped she started yanking on everything got out was trying to smash the window with the brush which she does have a video of she was doing that mentioned that um they do live together and that is their child together their child together yeah yeah I I said that too yeah um that’s know it’s uh but he doesn’t have any injuries on yeah and he broke her phone which is on the ground and the screen you can even just shattered yeah she’s telling me that the phone that he has she pays for it as well that’s her that she wants it back that’s what she was saying I want my phone back because she for she pays for it okay and she just wants to go it’s one of those things you know is uh he doesn’t have any marks she’s claiming he’s claiming he hit her she said she didn’t put her hands on him and he didn’t put hands on her it was just when when he ripped the the purse and she was grabbing on so tight that her fingernails came off okay so what impact count has battery that that is yeah basically it’s like an extension of you yeah yeah it does if you go by Statue I don’t know what give me some veteran guidance call the sergeant and see what what he thinks about yeah I don’t it’s one of those where like b line you know B and see what thinks about it okay I’ll do that okay sir can you tell me about she’s saying that she had a purse and you ripped the purse off and her nails came off and she her nails are off can you give us an explanation for that after briefing his colleague on the situation the officer approached McDaniels for her account she alleged that Randolph had forcefully ripped her purse from her hands causing her nails to break this led the officer to dig deeper initiating a more thorough investigation I don’t know how that happened that could have been on her thing I ain’t did nothing her Neil or nothing kind of way I I I know the purse when I I told her to get her stuff out the purse I pulled the purse she did kind of have the purse like maybe the hook of it but it ain’t nothing that I did nothing crazy cuz she just went to dump and everything I said okay get your stuff you want your stuff get your stuff so I pulled the purse and said whatever get it but I ain’t her nail or whatever that is I don’t know what that is so she was trying to get out and then that’s when you pulled the purse no she wasn’t trying to no she trying to get out and not pull the purse no I’m just I’m not understanding the part about the pulling we I we both had a handle on the purse she why were you trying to why did you have a handle on it cuz she when she was saying give her give her stuff I said give me my stuff give me cuz I brought the purse basically I got I she took she was no she was taking stuff she had I guess I was pulling good getting stuff I had it was just like a little tug of war a couple seconds I don’t know what went on with her nails and all that okay but all right want for he didn’t answer the witness didn’t see anything physical just saw like hands flying around he said they were arguing over the purse cuz they were when she was trying to get out he was just like all right give me my stuff and they were kind of going back and forth over it um she using my phone to pull her D she what using my phone to pull her D okay um I don’t know Sergeant didn’t answer she said he like smashed the phone on the ground like he threw it on the ground well it’s you didn’t mention how he broke it but the phone is just completely yeah I see it that’s like a yeah it’s an criminal mischief could he wants to yeah well don’t domestics don’t we have less that’s yeah yeah let me see if Sergeant Todd is available all right yep that makes since I think that’s what we’ll do him say stop hitting me following a comprehensive investigation the officer determined that McDaniels was at fault and proceeded with her arrest without delay so I’m going to ask her about the yeah all right ma’am so earlier we were kind of just investigating but I am going to read you your Miranda warnings okay so I’m going again I didn’t say that I want to read these first okay so you have the the face and then he did say y’all were tussling over the purse so I’m just trying to get your side did you T do anything to his face no he said he he also might have bit you a little bit on accidentally he he bit me on my hand and then how did he bite you so okay so you tell me your side I know you already told officer Santiago but what wow soon as I protect him well soon as I protect him this is your chance to tell me what happened but any who well what happened was since everybody’s telling the truth since um we left um Cheddars okay I was mad because you know I’m pregnant so I was off about a little something that we had going on cuz I told him you know he was like are you staying in the car and I was like no I’m telling you so he in the car he was like are you ready to go so I was like well no I just told you I’m not ready to go so I got upset or whatever we start arguing back and forth and I told him to just let me out because your off right so he comes up and he scar pulling and I’m like what are you you know my hands start going in his face so he bit me and I mushed him so that’s that’s how he bit my finger and mushed once my hand was in his face yeah that’s when I that’s when I put my hands on him okay so we came around the corner and that was just about it I didn’t I never actually physically punched him okay and then he pushed well he didn’t say you punched him he said you did what you’re telling me right now he pulled my pushed my head forward and well I guess trying to stop me cuz I pushed the emergency break that’s what happened like I don’t he lying like naturally McDaniels wasn’t ready to go down without a fight she claimed her her pregnancy had triggered her anger justifying the violent outburst and even admitting to pulling the emergency break while Randolf was driving okay well let me see your hand where he bit you over here and then rip the rip the purse from off my hands so how were you holding the purse we I was we was tussling from because he bought the purse so when I started asking for my belongings he started asking for the stuff that he bought childish I got but when we grabbed it it snatched my fingernails okay I see that so that’s what happened you sure you don’t want eating us I’m fine like okay so all right well I hate to do this what the witness said I got to place you under arrest for domestic battery okay go ahead and turn around come back over that’s so crazy you really ruin come back so where’s the witness stay over there so where’s the witness he’s in his car I I want to know the W like so what the witness said I told you what he said no what we’re going to walk over to my car cuz I want to cuz I want to see what do you want to take that person with you yeah that’s crazy 105 105 wow 10 15 I ain’t even telling I ain’t even telling you put my hand your hands on me that’s crazy you don’t have anything on crazy that’s so crazy that’s crazy you can sit sideways if you need to thank you 106 do go back to the house with her I can take a home and drop we don’t have a choice in domestic situations we have no discretion and we have a witness saying that you said stop hitting me and that’s what you said I verified it with the sergeant but I don’t she I don’t want her to go to jail I know we arguing just don’t take her to jail look I don’t have a choice in domestics if you guys didn’t have a kid together I would be able to but look it’s not my thrill to be doing this either but I don’t have a choice and I have a witness saying that you said don’t hit myun so he’s going to get with you you got to do some paperwork with him since you’re the victim and I’m going to take her okay I’m sorry all right take care so I can go bond out though can I you can’t bond out for domestic we she’ll have to wait till first appearance which should be tomorrow morning tomorrow morning yep she don’t she don’t I can drop her all home I I don’t have a choice you said she hit you I have a witness saying she hit you I literally can’t domestics we don’t have a if we let you guys go and then you guys ended up killing each other later we would be viable what if one of y’all dropped off what do you mean dropped off home I’m taking her to the jail right now she’s under arrest for battery domestic battery she hit you in the face you told me that so why am I being taken to jail again because I did what because the information I received indicates you committed domestic battery of doing what what so your boyfriend or is he your boyfriend no not anymore okay well whatever he was to you he told me that you when you asked to get dropped off he pulled over you smack him in the face and then you guys had to fight over the purse and all of that I have an independent witness who doesn’t even know you guys he has no reason to lie said he heard him yelling stop hitting me oh he doesn’t have a scratch on his face he doesn’t have nothing indicating that he’s been hurt and I’m telling you my story and you see all this this blood and and what’s happened to my fingers I don’t understand that’s what I don’t understand why am I being placed under arrest because you not in face by who like who that’s what he say telling me and the witness is telling me if we that the witness said that he said stop that he didn’t say that I smacked him in his face he didn’t witness that I I’m not going to argue with you this will go to court or the charges may even get dropped but right now but I’m going to jail for nothing eventually McDaniels was arrested and taken into custody she was charged with domestic battery on December 27th 2023 officers were dispatched to a residence where a domestic battery incident took place I want my stuff back police what’s all right what’s going on I’m out all whether or not he decides to chill up in Cork he was very evident that he did not want you arrested unfortunately based on our current stat I have my video tape of what the whole of the whole incident dispatched to a residence following multiple distress calls from a woman alleging that her husband was threatening her despite her claims upon their arrival officers found that the situation was quite felonius assault as well as domestic violence and violating a protection order on June 17th 2022 officers rushed to an apartment complex in response to an escalating domestic dispute that had
