the police body cam captured something that no one was meant to see starting with the three Texas constables who were discovered removing personal goods from the home of a family that had just been issued with an eviction notice after the family had just moved out of the house watches accessories Cosmetics cash and other items were among the items that the three corrupt cops were searching through the tape began with Deputy Banks doing the duties in the residence’s bathroom during the time that she was searching the area and placing objects in her shirt she could see her image in the coming in so I guess get them get them out they can wait in their car to sum it up Curtis Traer Harris a 34-year-old former Smith County Precinct one Constable along with two of his deputies Sergeant Derek hullman and lawenda Banks were taken into custody by the Texas Rangers in November of 2021 they were charged with official oppression property theft and abuse of official capacity despite the fact that they attempted to steal as if it were nothing they were discovered on the other hand this next individual will make an effort to engage in a forbidden activity with the suspect it all begins when a cop locks himself in the backseat of a vehicle with a female prisoner on the other hand before any of that took place the lady was first taken into custody by the corrupt cop Anthony hair on a bench warrant I’m just going to go on my car right here okay is this car can I put down my shirts all right you’re going to come with me to my car let’s go he said you heard he said asking ask why you when the cop was carrying the female fale suspect from the substation of the Northern Division to the Las kinus Detention Facility for the purpose of booking her into jail it seems that the female suspect was successful in her attempt to seduce the cop why are you asking that what you mean I’m cool to you not bad what is it going to hurt you if I if I now the discussion between the cop and the female suspect has become more direct at one point the suspect even dis close to the cop that she wanted to have an intimate moment with him because of this the Cop made the decision to disobey the law and switch off his body camera so that he could carry out the actions that he had desired all along oh you’re not a little bit well I can’t hear you now don’t say that right now I said don’t say that right now because of everything’s being recorded right now what’s going on a police document states that the dirty cop arrived at Los kenas at 133 in the morning also he asked for another cop to meet him there it was stated that the cop sent a text message to the other cop instructing him to come to his location as fast as he could and he would explain the situation later so the other cop came to the cop’s location at 237 in the morning and opened the door on the passenger side of the rear of the vehicle out of the car the cop was seen running away from it the second cop said that the dirty cop had been monitoring his suspect’s pulse during a medical emergency when the door unintentionally shut trapping him and the female suspect in the back seat in response to a question about whether he had his body warn camera the corrupt cop said that he had switched it off and put it in the front seat of the patrol car [Applause] all sir step out of the vehicle for me 114 yellow we’re corrupt cop and requested that he speak about the events that transpired in addition the female suspect refuted any claims of misbehavior that had been made against the cop it’s uh 1543 hours at uh Northern Division okay you mind just showing us how you did so I was like this and then you want me see how she was laying down or how you got how you ended up inside so yeah so so she was laying down her face was over there and then I was just like kind of right here I was like well at first I was like hey wake up I like hey you okay blah blah blah she didn’t like so her head was facing towards that way and then so this is when I I was shaking her and then this is when I went in but then I I don’t know if I had my hand like this and then something like that happened I kicked it with my foot like that and then then I was in and then that’s I was waking her up like this I yeah I was like I was like this waking her up while I was waking her up I hear a dark click behind me okay yeah and then so yeah I was I was like this and then when I found out the door was clicked behind me I positioned myself like this and I already knew that there was no door handle but I was just like frantic I was like I can’t get out of here okay and then that’s when she was I she was able to sit up here and then I thought her you stay there blah blah blah and I was I was just like hunkered down like this on my side so so uh let me go to the other side then you climb back in okay go ahead again yeah go ahead okay um open the door and then as I came in like that I you know I was trying to wake her up my feet wasn’t this my feet didn’t get cut like that and then when I was like waking her up that’s when I noticed that this door closed on me that’s when I was like franked trying to open the door but I know there’s no there’s no door opener and then and then yeah and then from then she was a um she was able to so I was like I was like this majority of the time I was trying to you know get her up cuz her face was right here okay right here and then I was trying to like wake her up to get her up and then next thing you know I hear the door closed on me I was frantic I was looking and then she then that’s when she started to kind of like I guess wake up or get days off whatever and then that’s when I asked her like hey are you having a hard time breathing she said no do you need Medics no like okay all right just just stay right there and then that’s when I was trying to open the door okay and then that’s when I went on D2 all right you can jump up let’s jump up do mind to conclude the resignation of Officer hair from the Department was a effective on September 14th in his statement har said that he was not willing to take part in the subject officer interview that was planned to take place the following day despite the fact that he had intimate relations with the suspect he was fired from his position as a cop on the other hand these next individuals are going to put themselves into a significant amount of trouble it all started when the cops planted narcotics in a victim’s car while they were conducting a search however before we see that heinous event the cops first pulled over a car on the suspicion that it had a broken tail light during the argument the passenger and the driver pulled down their windows and claimed that they could not have been accused of having a broken tail light since the cops were traveling from the other way and had to do a U-turn in order to prevent them from reaching their destination instantaneously the cops said that the car smelled like green and they requested permission to conduct a search eventually the driver and his buddy complied letting the cops into the vehicle to search for the decriminalized narcotic but that didn’t stop the cops from dragging the driver to the ground and handcuffing him cuz the car smells like marijuana so we’re going to check it all right okay and then then that’s it then I got to make sure everything’s good with your end with the license if it’s just a permit I’m not going to give you the summons for it and I told you uh just get the tailight fixed there’s nothing in the car you’ll with his sergeant and was behaving as if he was doing his duties lawfully furthermore all three of the illegal cops spoke between them and behaved normally in front of everyone ensuring that no one was able to observe what they were doing sir yeah yeah we’re good we uh stopped the car for a tail light wre the marijuana asked the passenger to get out he got out and he grabbed the jacket and we wanted to search the jacket before he grabbed to make sure nothing crazy was in there and he just got combative and started fighting us yeah we’re good nobody’s hurt yeah uh the reason uh the per is going to the hospital he said he had like some kind of surgery a couple days ago and so we’re just getting to checked out just in case all right yeah all right sir thank you all right bye oh we’re not taking your car it’s your car oh okay so got my keys uh we never took your keys out they’re still in there okay so I can go uh well I st your stuff just give us a couple minutes okay hang how long is this going to take had he cooperated you would have been gone no summon or anything where where they take probably Ry Richmond University Medical Center yeah nobody has cuz everybody prints them out now our things don’t have printed so after some time had gone the driver of the car that had been the target of these three evil cops delivered a testimony at the police station which was made public in which he said that he had been subjected to harassment nothing to say is that the video speaks for itself I didn’t have no marijuana on I didn’t have no weed I didn’t have no drugs I wasn’t driving wasn’t my car tail light wasn’t broke they had no reason to at all besides harassment to wrap it up in 2018 the New York Police Department’s Department of internal affairs conducted an investigation into the issue and ruled that any allegations of misbehavior made against the cops Ericson and pastron were unfounded due to the fact that he was wrongfully arrested the driver filed a lawsuit against the city of New York for the amount of $1 million furthermore there has been no new information on the charges or the case in general despite the fact that these three cops committed a particularly heinous act the body cam kind of revealed their actions this next individual on the other hand will be terminated from their position because his police dog will assault a surrendering suspect it all begins with the sequence of events that led to a corrupt cop using his dog on jadarius Rose a black guy who was 23 years old and who led State cops on a protracted Chase in Southern Ohio consequently after the suspect was caught Rose first refused to come out of the truck and then once he was out of the truck he refus to go on the ground as a result the sergeant can be heard on the video explaining to other cops that they should not let their dog go wild while Rose’s hands were up nevertheless the corrupt cop did it which resulted in the dog attacking Rose as a consequence of this the cops yelled at the corrupt cop to call it back as Rose was screaming that’s a dog come to me you don’t want bit get come to me man don’t not let them don’t release the dog do not release the dog with had been officially fired effective immediately speakman’s actions during the review of his can9 apprehension of suspect jadarius rose on July 4th show that officer Speakman did not meet the standards and expectations we hold for our public officers according to the law enforcement agency because the cop did not comply with the directives given by the sergeant he was ultimately fired from his position this next individual on the other hand will come dangerously close to choking his suspect [Music] it all starts with a corrupt cop placing the suspect in a choke hold while they are being arrested however before we get to it the police were already called to a building because a guy had threatened to set fire to the structure Additionally the police quickly discovered that the individual was the subject of an arrest warrant that was issued for him and to do that and companies are willing to step up for that reason I think companies would be willing to step up for installing in every home preexisting a new home uh infrared sensors that can establish where the fire actually at and fire fire systems that are capable of extinguishing that fire without destroying the entire house and the entire prop you know belongings within the house um that way the fire is isolated you know like I was saying like if it were happen right here you know I move this light out a little bit choke hoold that he had been using furthermore the corrupt cop abruptly placed the guy in a choke hold that lasted for about 11 seconds well um being that you come in you made some you made some pretty alarming statements over there and most people got pretty concerned did you uh you said you’re on probation I don’t even know if I’m on probation okay they said they try like I told you they grab my hand so I took him down so he wants to talk to a sergeant about the whole mess what he said felony probation FTC Matt says we he was looking for work to install devices sign something about the fire department getting ready the fire department right he he basically he’s up his mad or whatever but basically what he’s looking for is he said that he was trying to tell them he was looking for work for the city to install these fire you know devices these firearm devices to help so they don’t burn down so M check what’s his name uh Matthew to put it all together members of the Weld County District Attorney’s Office filed charges against the officer Kenneth amch for the felony offense of assault in the second agree to put it another way he’s being accused of using an improper amount of force during the arrest in spite of the fact that he came dangerously close to choking the suspect he was ultimately charged for his actions on the other side this next individual will throw the suspect to the ground with such force that it would shock everyone around it all begins with the cops who were first sent to a residence at around 4:30 p.m. to investigate a fight that was already in progress after committing domestic violence and breaching an order of protection the suspect had already fled the scene by the time the cops arrived however they were ultimately able to find the suspect and place him under arrest as a result the corrupt cop was given custody of the suspect so that he could drive him to the police station for further processing but an escalation occurred according to the police the corrupt cop was observed yanking the suspect down to the ground at which point the suspect’s head struck the ground hey hey hey oh you fell dude why’ you fall why’ you fall get up I’m going to see you go let’s go although the suspect had only suffered a minor injury he was sent to the hospital for treatment Additionally the WAN Police Department was informed of the incident and examined the footage from the bodyw warn camera consequently the corrupt cop was sent to his house that very same evening and put on administrative leave thereafter [Music] up yeah okay I
