orders improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle obstructing official business vandalism and criminal damage on February 24th 2022 officers received a tip from a report expressing concern for a suspect who had recently taken an illegal substance during their search the officers discovered that the suspect had an outstanding warrant for his arrest fortunately they managed to locate him but it was clear they were in for a challenging situation after facing considerable resistance from the suspect the officer made the a difficult decision to deploy a taser however this Choice unexpectedly that laptop okay whether that’s true or not I don’t know that’s um that’s a different pay grade that has to deal with that okay I do have enough right now to go for a search warrant and secure that laptop but you can hand it over to us um that way no um and voluntarily give it to us MH but if we do go for the search warrant I have every right to secure this residence and that laptop until the search warrant is done um which could be today so you want to take it we want to take the laptop yes and if there’s nothing on it you get it right back and no that’s it he said there was so when you say secure the property what exactly secure the property so I can secure everybody in here from tampering or touching the evidence mean everybody’s going to stay out everyone has to stay out here until that search warrant’s done and then we take the laptop and we leave with the laptop legally but if you want to surrender the laptop to us with consent we get the laptop now and we get out of here what happens if I Surrender it to you and then you find things on it what are you going to do now that’s that’s not up to me um that’s a different whoever that’s completely up to our detectives especially he hasn’t done anything he’s just looked at I understand um he’s got di menion I understand that’s all going to go into account but this is not something I can just go back on the road and ignore you have to see my position um how old are you sir 8 87 I don’t know if they’re gonna even push the like you know an issue just due to his age um just because that can be physically taxing that whole process okay but as of right now those are your I those are your options I can secure a search warrant and then take the laptop that way or if you want to hand it over to us I might we don’t look at it we just give it we submit it evidence and then the detectives pick it up and that’s it just don’t touch it we’re going just going to grab the police officer explained to the couple that an investigation would have to be carried out to get to to the bottom of the situation as he couldn’t just ignore the report that had been made by their neighbor and that the investigation would require them to hand over the laptop to the authorities Williams was arrested and booked into jail over 4 months later on the 28th of June 2024 police officers were on patrol when they conducted a traffic stop on a woman identified as Mary mroy this soon escalated into something terribly violent get you you fat R back H oh well fat R oh well I got her on turn over carebody oh put see if we can get up on our side yeah you do huh okay Mary you have a warrant again the United States you fat Raper oh well without any provocation the suspect swiftly turned violent against the officer escalating the situation and bringing immediate trouble upon herself mroy was taken into custody and booked into the Brown County Jail facing a range of serious charges including resisting arrest obstruction of justice and assaulting a police officer on November 10th 2023 in Florida officers responded to a shoplifting call involving a woman the situation quickly escalated as the suspect was apprehended she repeatedly requested to contact her mother and expressed confusion about why she was being pursued despite the officer’s attempts to restrain her and explain the situation she continued to resist leading to a tense standoff the suspect’s misunderstanding of the situation and the officer’s Authority escalated the encounter making her more defensive and [Music] uncooperative come here don’t Buck claiming she had previously contacted the police police to clear her name her continued resistance and failure to comply with instructions led to her being charged with resisting arrest the officers later reviewed body cam footage which confirmed that the suspect had injured herself by running into a pole during the pursuit with dayon Police Department did you call about some girl from the Dunkin Donuts all right we have a girl over here I need someone to ID her saying no one can come idy her some call I appreciate it no problem no problem that’s what we do up their roommate oh more phone suspect hiding behind a display in the store when approached the suspect ran looked back and accidentally collided with a pole causing her to lose a tooth and fall the officer then handcuffed her while she was standing she runs into a metal hole blows out her tooth her tooth is and knocks herself out just for like a a second or two and had she just stopped and talked to me she would the girl didn’t want to come do an ID so she would have been C so there’s no IDs at the Coach store if you got a girl over here or a guy hey come look ID this guy uh no corporate policy uh my uh my ah so now you got just resisting arrest just a little she doesn’t like that hello who’s f complaint how can I help you yesterday um my cousin was at work CU she on the phone but she can’t talk like that she can’t really and her neck is messed up okay so she can explain to you ex what happened he approached me part about under he approached me and said that I and I asked him why would I beain and he was telling me that it was because of ongoing investigation so I told him I already had called to verified myself so I told him I don’t have to speak to you I walk out so as me in the mix of I walk off really fast he was coming behind but I had him me not pay me me trying to pay atten to him and walking I IIT a but he hit the pole I Tri and fell and when I fell he SL on the ground but when he SL me I bu my two CH came out my mouth okay well fill out that um yeah if that’s you’re going to file a formal complaint eventually the suspect was arrested and charged with resisting arrest
